Refund policy

We guarantee your Goodparla Beef will be the bulk size you ordered indicated on our site and will arrive frozen or partially frozen.

Our model is to sell shares of live animals, then once sold, we butcher and process the animals and ship out your share on one of our regular shipping days.

Once shipped, transit time is estimated to be three days or less, depending on your distance from our farm in Southwest Missouri.   We are dependent on our shipper, so there may be delays beyond our control.

Your order will be packed with sufficient insulation and cooling elements with the intention of arriving frozen or partially frozen.

If your meat arrives at least partially frozen, you can safely store it in your freezer up to six months.

It is important for you to be present to receive the shipment and transfer to your freezer immediately.

If the product arrives cool to the touch, but thawed, don’t panic! Per USDA guidelines, if meat is kept at 40 degrees (refrigerator temperature) or cooler, you can safely store it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks once thawed.

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us immediately or within 30 days of receiving your order.  Our team will work hard to make things right  which may include replacing your order or refunding your purchase.
